I’ve found that seed production can mute terp profiles but it could also be that you got a couple phenos that just weren’t that loud. They can’t all be zingers. I hope they smoke good for you!

It turns out well if the plants do not let themselves be known in my house. I have the air from my flower room circulate into the rest of the house and a stinker would cause me to vent nice warm air into the frigid cold.

Collecting seeds from the Dinamed x Cherry Wine cross. Three males on each plant, an early female dusted with an early male (not one of the three), although not in the picture. We will see if the folklore about early plants turning into ditchweed is true.
Have a few more plants to do, the rest are either not that great producers or are a trimming nightmare (but would be good for a hash plant, hmmm…

So I am down to two more plants to collect seeds from. I took some of the bud that I shredded, it was pretty dry, and tried a bowl. I am pretty straight, feeling relaxed, now the question is does it give enough pain relief. It took the sharp edges of what I was feeling earlier. Will have to try some un-mangled bud.

I will have to decide on one more plant tomorrow but that might be it for seeds. Well at least the ones for growing. Got at least twice as many but no idea what male hit which one. These I kind of know, one bin I should have stopped before I dumped them in, the one with four rows. Not 100% certain which daddy in the first bin.
Not grown for appeal but to get the seeds ripe, hate white ones. But a seed filled cola.
So all together 11 mothers by three fathers. We will have to see if any of these have noticeable THC. I won’t be testing one tonight, I want to make sure I will be having a good time.

Well, I have some variety. I had the one plant that had no thc effects. The other one that I liked the structure of the plant I tried it last night. Three hours later I was able to do something useful. and it was a really good time. I will have to try both again soon.

They were well behaved, not as unruly the rumours have suggested. I found it rather pleasant, it left me with an undecided thought of it. Which sounds funny, I could not make out what it was. I only have smoked it once and have been spending my smokeable time going though the eleven I cooked up.

Just to update these picture. Ringo Grapefruit and Cherry Blossom, both CBD. The other the THC plant, #9 of the run. Glad to have saved it, wish I saved #3 which turned out to be a straight CBD plant.

Fucking thrips still popping up. Sprayed the shit on them again. Want to start a seed run but the bugs are making me hesitate. I guess they would not matter too much if the plants are mainly going to make seeds as long as their numbers are kept down. Want to do the run while I have no other plants in flower so any pollen floating around mucks up my CBD plants. Would be best to start the run now with only these three kicking around.

I hate thrips but not as much as mites lol. You have to be persistent and spray every 3 days or so for a couple of weeks to wreck their life cycle stages.
Make sure you do the stalks and branch joints the little barstards like to hide there as well as under the leaves.
These are small enough that I can get under the leaves easily. I may have to pick up some more stuff to spay them with, just about out. And Canadian Tire has most of it put away for the season. I might germinate the seeds now anyway. If I have to take drastic measures on these three it might not be the end of the world. Just do not want to do anything to compromise the PCK seeds.

I’m just catching up on your thread. Great work so far. It looks like you’re keeping the progeny separated by parents and going to test them out individually, right? Did you get materials together for doing Beam’s testing for CBD?

Pakistani Chitral Kush Seed Run (5) and my #3 Dinamed x Cherry Wine CBD cross. Might be time to move the PCK down into my veg tent. Popped the others the last day or so.
