There’s probably sugar in it not listed either like terpinator has, sugar does many things to annuals when foliar sprayed.
So at max dose do the math, 8ml per 8 oz. 1ml to 1L is 1000 ppm. 8oz is barely 1/4 L.
So there’s enough N and P in there too even at 1% listed to fix not only deficiencies, but the typical organic purist growing modern hungry ass polyhybrids outdoors has a lot of room to feed the plant more. IMO.
