Looks that way, ph 6.5 is too high for coco, the plant wont have all the nutrients it needs available to it. you should be between 5.8 and 6 at this stage.
Hope you are adding calmag btw cos it’s usually essential in coco. Especially under led lighting.
I’m usually fine at 1ml per litre in coco but if i go even a little below that…
