Can a small plant that flowered, then was revegged, be up potted and still get big? Or is its main use to create clones after the reveg?

Once it’s back to normal it can get as big as you like.

Yeah man I revegged a freakshow last year and once you get past that initial transition, it’s similar to any other plant. Patience is the key bc sometimes it can feel dormant but keep providing veg conditions and off she goes. These photos are roughly 8 weeks apart

You’ll likely get weird leaf growth patterns with revegging. Primarily in the beginning. Spiral clusters etc. Then they start to revert. It’s reallly cool to watch the process.

My biggest outdoor plant last year was a reveg cause i took it out no room. Revegging makes the plant hardier and tons of more branche and bud sites. You can lolipop and use low power leds to keep a mother i guess.
I think its called monster cropping if done on purpose 2 weeks i believe in flower

Done this with a Super Lemon Haze Male, ended up having to trim the root ball and replant from a square 4 gallon container to a 5 gallon bucket in February a few years ago. Biggest lessons learned are 1. Make sure to have humidity higher, Feb is the driest month of the year in my region. At first I had zero new growth n til I added the humidifier. Then as you have stated weird leaf patterns, then lots of leaf growth. I did not know about pruning back then lol. Only had 5
Lemon haze seeds and nothing else so smoked a lot of male plant material back then. And yes it did get the job done
