Canadian Cannabis Act / ACMPR license Q and A

ok let me go back and deconstruct YOUR claim. The icing on the cake was your carl sagan quote after you had committed a logical fallacy. Inside your claim is the sub-claim that you know 100% of the cannabis growers who are LP. Apparently, that can’t be true.
I actually don’t care what you believe or anything, but allow this to be an instruction on things you definitely shouldn’t say because they are automatically false.

At no point did I say all. I get it you dislike the appearance - we all dislike the appearance that this was simply an exercise in transferring wealth from organized crime to Liberal party members. If there’s a cannabis bailout - we will know for sure won’t we.

ok, now don’t you see, that would be the same as if I made the claim “100% of cannabis plants have 5 fingered leaves” or “100% of swans are white”?

So ask your local riding office why there’s such an extreme over-population of liberal party elites on the boards, regulatory agencies etc. Ask them about the optics.

My riding office says its just pure coincidence.

Like I said, when trudeau bails out big corporate cannabis we will know for sure.

ok, let me get this straight… instead of providing any evidence, or just say you were exaggerating, you double down on your unsubstantiated claim with more claims of “do your own research” and “things that will happen in the future”? All while abusing carl sagan’s saying about making claims? After making a claim that can’t possibly be true? scratches his head You do realize that’s costing your credibility right?

Politicians of both the Liberals and Conservatives and former Prime Ministers from both parties as well as former high ranking police turned politicians as cashing in on the legalization of weed…Politicians of all stripes only care about what they get out of it in anything they support.

it’s worse than that. Up here they put a label on the side claiming it can cause schizophrenia or psychosis. I ask you, how much weed would I have to smoke, in order to start thinking magically? I recognize the label on there as being stigmatizing, yet they complain there is stigma about cannabis smoking. They are just rehashing old stigmas from the 1930s then wondering where it comes from. Boggles the mind.

Meanwhile . . . the assault against the ACMPR program continues . . . from CBC Winnipeg . . .

While the circumstance in the article seems to be abuse of the ACMPR system, the negative noise level is rising. This is not a good thing for our beloved program.

Yup, about 1% of weed smokers experience schizophrenic attacks or other psychosis…
A nice isolated fact. but to add context, what’s the rates in the general public? about 1% . :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Those growers could do themselves a lot of good by investing in some good scrubbers to avoid the smell. Not only will it make the neighbours happy but would also give some safety from aholes wanting to break in and steal everything. Would also help the overall public image of the whole system.

From tobedetermined CBC report.

The police said.

There are well over a hundred licensed producers of cannabis across the country, he said.

“We’d really like to see the medical system and the retail system merge into one system — that the persons who require cannabis for medical purposes can now have the reasonable access through the multitude of different stores, or online, that are now being put in place with legalization,” Serr said.

It’s not reasonable access from lack of weed, it’s reasonable access because of the cost of weed and the possibility of it being produced poorly. They are missing the point of the term reasonable access. From that article it does sound like they are building a case for tighter control or abolishing the acmpr.
