Do you think it would have been a (way) different experience had you been pulled over by a female Police Officer?
Or if you were a female (Legal License Carrier), having been pulled over by the same Officer who pulled you over?
I’m looking for your opinion on “Parity” and “Equality” and whether you think it exists?
Just curious. Not a troll.
This seems like an irrelevant post , the matter with the officer was a positive post, why ruin a good thing with what ifs and theoretical situations
I have absolutely no idea, but my track record with the police is stellar. No criminal record or tickets either. I’m sure if I had a spotty criminal past, there could be more questions and looking.
I’ve reached the max # of likes, however; thanks for responding.
I’m sorry you feel that way!
I was always taught that the irrelevant question was the one that went unasked!
I wasn’t attempting to be negative or paint the OP’s situation/experience with any negativity, just looking for some perspective.
Again, I offer up my apologies @Cannasseur, to you as well @JoeCrowe my intent was neither to offend or be negative.
In order to offend me, you would really have to try. Might get a scratch on the veneer
Not offened here at all, also did not adress your post as being negative, if it came across that way perhaps my poor choice of wording, just seemed like a question/hypothetical situation that could turn into a male vs female debate and go sideways without warning.
I agree questions need to be asked
We could also debate / question wether the situation would have paned out differently if the sun happened to be in the officers eyes at the time of the stop. Just seems irrelevant to do so?
ANY “Debate” on this site does go sideways without warning and FAST, I agree!
I wasn’t debating anything…I just asked a couple of questions that, next time; I will attempt to keep in PM/DM!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend , apologies for having asked upsetting questions!
I work for license to grow…
I’ve been waiting 4 months for my licence from the feds. I’ve always used licence to grow and this is the longest it’s ever taken. Sounds like every aspect of interaction with the federal government has increased in delays and frustration. LTG is great!
4 months?! I need to get on the renewal train yesterday.
I’m gonna have to setup an appointment to renew soon.
i got my medical license renewed but haven’t submitted my HC application for renewal…only at 4 plants but may as well get the show on the road and fill out some paper work!
As long as you have it sent in before the expiration date I’ve been told carry on as usual. I’d offered to destroy my plants and they said absolutely not . As if I would of . Lol
I sent in my renewal, "Do you have any changes to your application? No.
So I missed to check the box for indoor growing (which my last year application had me down for). Got it returned to me so I could put an X beside Indoor Grow. Sent it off again. Was less than a month ago that I sent in my application so renewing might not take months. New applications might take more time since they have to check you out.
im.going to double check mine before I give to courier .
not much to fill out for renewal.
im.prettyy sure I circled and check marked the indoor part … mine is expired Oct 12 lol
Quick question around possession. my mother has her acmpr for 50 plants, and has asked me to process her plants into bubble hash at my residence. I also have an acmpr, and was wondering about the legality of transporting the trimmed plants to cure at my property? Would my prescription limit for 10g a day allow me to the hypothetical yield from that volume of plants on me?
I think that’s a “no no” but this didn’t stop me from helping a friend with arthritis that wasn’t able to crop his grow. I clipped his plants into bins and then i drove straight home to process it all for him.
I drove extra legal as it smelled great in the car.
I believe your possession limit should keep you on the legal side of the law. Other than the quick trip from one house to the other I think 3 oz is max you can transport but I could be wrong. If your mom rode with you your good for 6 ounces.
150g is the most you’re allowed to carry as a patient, although I assume that’s on top of the 30g of recreational pot you’re allowed to carry just like you’re allowed to grow 4 plants for recreation on top your medical license.
