Ya Canada Post sucks right now, apparently because of Covid. You would definitely need a private courier. But even then I question if it could get from Europe to Canada in enough time.

Yes but you have to pay attention to the weather.
Generally with prívate Carrier it take one week from Europe to Canada and Canada to Europe
