Florida has the worst legal model, only big, wealthy, corporate investors are allowed to play there.

Missouri aint far behind them. Corruption masks the worst of it, but its plain as day pay to play.

Not sure why I thought of it, but I hope there isnā€™t any trouble with seeds if the USG goes after mifepristone or whatever itā€™s called. I know, I know, that letter about the farm billā€¦ but still, if priorities changeā€¦

Anyway, carry on.

@Chara trulieve didnā€™t write the bill. They just sponsored it. Itā€™s not completely unbelievable some smart people pulled a fast one on them and left it intentionally vague.

Itā€™s ridiculous to think they spent that much money and didnā€™t decide exactly what it was going to say. Iā€™m afraid you have no idea how these things work. They do not have our best interests in mind. I know this for a fact. Their team of lawyers picked through every word of that amendment.

lol you know that for a fact  k :joy::joy::joy::joy:

Keep drinking the Kool Aid dude. Whatever floats your boat.

no kool aid here bro. iā€™m just not arrogant enough to pretend i know exactly what a multi million dollar businessā€™s full intentions are

you donā€™t have to know their exact intentions to know they wrote the bill and handed it to the guy with the check. thatā€™s how these things work at that level and higher.

Michigan is where I am trying to convince my wife to move. She wants to go back to her home town in Ohio, but my concern is the homegrow portion of the law did not reconcile with possession, so a single grow could result in a felony violation there.
