Distinction is made on where the material was acquired from… “Legal” weed is cannabis, “black market weed” is marijuana Cause we can ALL see the obvious difference when looking at nugs right???

In the hills of the Emerald Triangle there have been cartels from foreign countries, robbing and shooting mainly among those looking to make a fast buck. It was predictable the big money would find a way to do their fast buck biz in cannabis. First it was by selling stock in business still illegal according to the Feds who can and have, raided state legal pot businesses. Finding out growing and selling weed isn’t the cash cow they thought it to be, the corporations thinking to be the Walmart of cannabis, go to the sharks looking for cash and just like the guy growing illegal in a state park getting robbed, so too, the future cannabis king gets sliced and diced.
I’ll say it again for the hundredth time, cannabis will never be a great commercial enterprise because it can be grown anywhere by anybody. And if you can’t or don’t want to grow, it’s getting easier and easier to find someone who gets some seeds, plants 2 or 3 plants in their back yard or in their closet to get a few ounces to a few pounds to share with friends.
When are they going to acknowledge organic farming techniches with crop rotation allowing cover crops on fallow fields to fix nitrogen in the soil is the real solution.
Yes it’s more work at the beginning but once up a running it becomes a self sustainable growing environment.
