The best way to curtail the black market is federal legalization.
Otherwise, this whack-a-mole dance will simply continue…

article on Mass. is disturbing - banning something like Gnatrol - Bti - is insane. There are other commercial bio-controls, organic, that are totally safe.

Starting to realize the laybrinthian web of over-regulation is Prohibition 2.0. It oppresses the industry, won’t let us get together in cafes or sell weed to each other, cranks the price of weed up higher than it was under Prohibition 1.0.

And the Prohibitionists are clever. A complex array of hostile regs will be very diffiucult to repeal by referendum. This wet blanket of regs is designed to stand up to referendums better than Prohibition 1.0.

Overgrowing and Voting are the only defenses old friend.

Banning Bti doesn’t make sense to me. Perhaps they are worried about the carrier of Bti in some products? Or, otherwise, lazy as F as it’s easier to ban everything and then to create an “approval” scheme for the $$$ (most likely).

This is not what FL voters approved.

Oligopoly.

Shameful.

Overgrow y’all.

Well, I can only speak for myself, but I never much cared for bongs.
Have not used one since breaking mine, around 1987 or so.

This one was held up a little, and came into effect 23/5/19.

Another blanket law to send Au another step backwards.
Seeing as i spend about 20 or 30 hours a week down there driving around, with a higher than average chance of being tested, I’m expecting to have another case dismissed before this year is over.

Florida is always one of the last to get it right lol I believe De Santis is going to change things, he already had the ball moving forward and they approved smokable flower not the vape shit they were trying to pass over. I believe they will get recreational use on the ballot for 2020 , as long as they don’t raise it to 66 percent of the vote up from 60 we have a real good chance of getting it passed. The main problem has always been the old people in Florida , they vote against it every time lol but now people who didn’t vote are voting for it, so it’s swinging the other way finally. The guy in Tampa was just trying to get it in front of a judge (in my opinion) to try and get the victory, which could have opened the Door to many others, lots of people were watching and waiting for the decision to come down, the fight continues.
