If it weren’t for the money, this would not be happening.
This begs the question, why wait so long to unshackle hemp?
It is always only about money!
The source of the money is shifting from completely illegal to politically acceptable corruption.
This analysis actually underscores the need for any able bodied cannabis enthusiast to simply overgrow.
The Byzantine gyrations of the taxing authorities flailing and groping in their thinly veiled attempt to fleece cannabis consumers is laughable and counter productive!
In actuality, this is enhancing the black market.

Well, this is quite a relief.
Now I don’t have to worry.
Hahahaha

Oh well, proprietors maybe should have seen this coming.

Medical Pot Becomes Cheaper, Easier to Buy in New Jersey
Salutations,
It’s almost amazing how some UK paper manages to juxtapose things like smoking, cannabis and mental ailments without ever making any mention of THC-centric and/or pesticide-laced stuff being SMOKED and yet somehow expecting the same outcome as if the THC:CBD ratio were balanced enough to meet most individuals needs, etc., etc.
This is vilification to the cube and despite such intellectual cheat cannabis ain’t so bad after all.
Good day, have fun!!
This smells more than a little fishy to me.

Looks like someone took out the rubbish.

Commission on Narcotic Drugs – CND intersessional

This is one of the more profoundly stupid articles that I have read in some time.
How did General Cooper pass the Bar exam?
What a dullard!
Woe be to those with this heinous affliction!
But, this is a strange article because of this statement from the piece:
“Research published in 2013 suggests a particular strain of cannabis called Cannabis sativa may be especially irritating.”
Huh? Strain?
I thought Cannabis Sativa is a subspecies?
…
You just could not make up a story as crazy as this.
Truth beats fiction almost every time!

well to be honest, nearly everyone i know from high school started smoking cigarettes after smoking pot because the older kids and their high school stoner science said smoking a cigarette after getting high will increase the affects by X percent and eventually everyone just started mixing tobacco and cannabis together in the bong. almost every single person smoked tobacco in the bong even if they didn’t smoke cigarettes, but most eventually started smoking.
didn’t read the study but i imagine they’re talking about 13-21 year olds, mature adults wouldn’t be influenced in that way
@Calyxander my ex was allergic to cannabis, she would get a rash and itch anywhere it touched her skin. smoking it didn’t affect her tho and i’ve always used coffee grinder to bust it up anyway
All cannabis aficionados who are capable, can avoid this “confusion” by simply growing their own flowers!
Overgrowing is fun and easy!

I believe it. Sometimes after a week+ of trimming fresh plants, I start getting a rash too.
This is more than a little creepy.
Who smokes this crap?
Why?
it’s really big in UK, i think especially among poor/homeless. the crazy thing is it’s same price as street weed… 1 gram for 10 maybe 2 for 15… idk why you’d smoke that shit
edit: omg i just read that article that’s friggin scary!
The health department said Thursday that symptoms have included bleeding from the eyes and ears. On Friday, officials clarified that while this can happen, those affected in Illinois have reported other symptoms, like coughing up blood, blood in urine, bloody noses, bleeding gums and, for women, heavier than usual menstrual flow.
