This is not a joke. We now have to submit to random roadside “saliva swabbing” by police. Things are going to be worse than when we were under prohibition, here in Canada.

This is not a fair trade for the watered-down legalization they gave us.

@Scissor-Hanz, thanks for posting that. The last two points of that article - deemed impairment based solely on THC levels, and breath samples without having a suspicion of drinking, are truly disturbing.

I did not realize our legalization came with this kind of bullshit.

It will get thrown out of court the first time it’s challenged.

going to be interesting considering that impairment testing by saliva is impossible. In fact the US NHTSA issued specific guidelines in 2017 saying there is no science behind “per se” laws.

https://www.massroots.com/news/feds-slam-marijuana-impairment-testing-methods/?mc_cid=794cadb88b&mc_eid=f106a44daa

“A number of states have set a THC limit in their laws indicating that if a suspect’s THC concentration is above that level (typically 5 ng/ml of blood), then the suspect is to be considered impaired,” it says, referring to tetrahydrocannabinol, a component of marijuana that is associated with its psychoactive effects. “This per se limit appears to have been based on something other than scientific evidence. Some recent studies demonstrate that such per se limits are not evidence-based.”

-sincerely, US Govt.

wow, 12 hours of equatorial sun all year long - you can put plants out any time of year to flower. their plants look extremely happy! Although they do appear to be spraying chemicals on the plants in a few of the pics.

I wonder how much longer we’ll all be using grow lights & such up North…soon we could be looking back and realizing how silly it was, I think indoor growing will go extinct
