Amazon has a new 3 book set for 475 can$
Table top autoclave … that’s super cool. I suppose a modified pressure canner would also work if good temperature controls were adapted.

Not to hijack this thread, but for anyone interested in this topic in an accessible, cost effective way, I can highly recommend this channel.
I haven’t yet tried any tissue culture techniques, but I found her videos to be very interesting.
