Here goes the start of my strain named Centinela.
This is the mother plant, 1970s Panama Red IBL.
Initially, this plant was giving me deep musky and dark tobacco notes, then proceeded to turn into cured vanilla tobacco, mint, and undertones of musk. I’m expecting it to evolve as well. This line was kept privately for decades by my friend’s family-friend. Decades of preservation and not commonly shared until now. The plant exhibits very well-thought-of internodes, it blooms perfectly, easily and stably.
And here is the selected father of the future seeds
Uzbekistani
I’m naming it Centinela, as this strain is named after the mountain that is seen in the distance from where I was born. That location holds a lot of sentimental value to me.
I’m expecting this strain to be a true hybrid, providing extreme vigor in every aspect of the plant. Resin production, root explosion, strong limbs from both parents, perfect internodes, and a very strong hybrid high. I am extremely excited about my project as the need for the bottle-necked genetics we see today need to be replaced by new high quality landrace hybrids. Going back to the roots for quality medicinal highs inspired by people like Bodhi, close friends, and over growers like you and I.
I’ll be seeking lower flower seeds today hope I find some viable ones to get it going.
Expect new notes about the strains as I progress through this long term journey.
