I do think this indirect gun threatening is a dangerous game of brinkmanship. I get it, but it could backfire.

Well, the soil here, is nothing but clay. So even when I plant my trees, I have dug a hole, filled with fox farm, topped with what I dug, used the rest of the clay to prevent flooding lol.

Outside itās clay here too, I have been trying this year to fertilize a garden bed with basically our weekly cage-cleanings from the guinea pigs. I didnāt expect much, but Iāve got a bean bush going (Iād have more if I put up some rabbit wire).
But I mostly build my own soil inside. Nice to know exactly whatās in there.

Mineral clay can be a useful component in your soil for cannabis growing. I grow in native volcanic clay soil amended with humus, compost, trace amendments and aeration.
Clay will provide trace nutrients and the fine particles of the clay give it a high ācation exchange capacityā which means it can buffer ph swings and absorb nutrients from compost into the form of āavailable nutrientsā which can be unlocked and metabolized by the plants roots as needed. This means that fertilizers and composts are buffered by the clay and less likely to cause ānutrient burnā in your plants.
It can be a useful component in your cannabis gardening if amended properly. Some landraces actually thrive in pure clay. Himalayans in particular.

My parents locally have the same, my rabbit was there (5 min down the road) No matter what we fed her a plant sprouted. So we just moved her around the yard
