Just depends on what size you want the brownies really. Take your total oil whatever you use and that’s just your concentrate basically, so if it’s 2 cups total to cover it, strain and lose a bit, let’s say 1350mg potential a cup, so 700~mg per half cup, then divide by how many brownies you make. 12 brownies into 700 is roughly 59mg a piece
Whatever you end up doing, might I suggest using a potable mixer and whip that butter. It will disperse the good stuff throughout the butter and suspend it. Thats how I do it anyways. Seems like it make my cookies/brownies a lot fluffier and I feel it put an equal amount throughout.

works using coconut oil too. I usually put the infused oil or butter in the fridge for 10 minutes or so. to help set it a bit, then whip the fire out of it. it will stay thick and will be a light green color thruout.

It actually does not taste real good but get it in some cookies? Its mighty fine and dont taste bad at all. That picture represents 1 stick of butter. I used 22 grams of cannabis buds, decarbed, and soaked them in 2 sticks of melted butter in a crockpot for about 5 hours or so. not exact.
Then took it out of the jar and strained through cheesecloth. Squeeze the shit out of it. I make a ball of the cheesecloth and twist the tail as hard as possible. You will need gloves. hehe.
Then just cool it down for a bit 10 minutes or so in the freezer and then whip it, whip it good.

I try to get 240degF for about 40 minutes. My oven is shitty I use a seperate thermometer and set my oven to 220. That usually takes me to 240 in real life. don’t wanna get over 250 or you good stuff will start degrading, is what I understand.
Decarbs are done at 230f for 20min then buds are moved around, then another 20min. This batch of flower had seeds so the buds were broken up much more than I’d consider prior to decarbing so it fumed with vapor like madness and I didn’t actually go past 10min.
After the 4hrs it tastes really nice and nutty; like pine-nut oil for a salad.

For me, It’s all about fine tuning and eliminating outliers to produce the same results over and over, that’s why I couldn’t do the crockpot and oven any more. Every batch is slight different, especially when you are guessing at the potential THC. Instant pot is very good at maintaining exact temperature but still not as good as the sous
I don’t have a thermometer to test mine. But I’ll try the 220. I’m sure gas ovens are different than electric also. I have electric.
