my experience is the same as Morgwar
they'll happily veg if the light cycle is long enough but if they go outside they will want to bloom as soon as the light cycle lets them.
also, transitioning to brighter light should be gradual-- if you go straight to full sun they might even die but will probably suffer. shadecloth works or small bursts of direct light over a week works.
their roots will not have a tap root to anchor & seek lower water, it seems.
the branching pattern will be asymmetrical from now on( and forever )
possibly expect a lot weird 3 bladed leaves if they were close to blooming.
