So co-op seed donations are also funding the server, bringing in $2 for the server fund from each pack that is sent out.

I can vouch for this. The server fund was send about $1,500 U.S. after the Fall 2020 Co-op box was completed, packing materials were reimbursed and TONS of members got low cost seeds.
