I’ve taken clones up to 3 weeks of 12/12 many times. They always root, but are more likely to grow a bit weird for a while ( single leaf etc. )
I use a bubble cloner. No dome, no misting and plain tap water. 18/6 light schedule.
This is the same way I root any cut.
