It has come to my attention that you are using the following trademark in connection with your goods and services:

Your trademark is the same as my trademark in the following ways:

Further, your trademark causes confusion for consumers and dilutes the goodwill and distinctiveness of my trademark.

My trademark is registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, registration number 042024, issued on September 30th, 2018. I have used my trademark for the following purposes in the following locations:
