I see 1-75 tl3 and 76 -150 tl2 ?. Not sure where you are seeing 225 spots unless someone screwed up the wiki and it was already fixed.

Regular Emeritus can sign up as TL2 or TL3. TL1 is a new user and they can’t sign up for anything but I am guessing that was a typo
