Hey brother. That’s a 5x5 with the FC 8000 for lighting. My 2.5 x 2.5 and 2 x 4 are empty right now. Going to likely move the Blue Kush to the 2.5 x 2.5 and start taking some clones. Then if needed will toss a couple plants in the 2x4 if the space is needed. It’s going to get pretty full. I assume I will get a decent amount of males that I can eventually remove.

It’s amazing how much more space there is in the 5x5 vs the 4x4. Think I might see if I can fit one in my 4x4 space. I wanted to replace my V branded tent with a MarsHydro. Much nicer tent, in my opinion.

Yeah man, it’s a huge difference. I have a few 4x4 tents but it’s 16 feet squared vs 25 feet squared for a 5x5. That’s a pretty significant size increase. If you can fit it I am sure you would be happy with the extra room. That 5x5 is a Mars tent. I did tear a hole in it super easy. The screen I took out of the window to make my outside exhaust fell over into the wall and just sliced it right open. Noting a piece of tape didn’t fix, lol. I guess the corner of the screen is sharp but I was surprised how easily it cut. I do love the tent. It’s a Mars, the frame is nice and solid, it’s got great zippers and an overlapping flap to block the zippers.

Yeah I need to do this next year but am dreading the swap-out. as the space is SOOOO tight in my basement that it’ll be taking everything down and upstairs to do it safely and then doing it all over again from the ground up.

Only tent experience I’ve had is a 2x2 I use for seedlings and fresh clones . Started years back in a large closet and moved to rooms . I’m not sure I could tent grow not unless it was size large.

As much as I love a “grow room”; tents keep home damage down to a bare minimum + for me it’s a lot easier to control and create as-close-to a stable ecosystem in a closed environment in a house that is a pig to thermally regulate.

My veg room sucks in that aspect but my flower room almost runs itself .

One day i’ll have an entire room set-up with darkroom a darkroom door and automatic green lights when it’s turned… forced filtered air IN, an AC with my dehumidifier and all the automatic controllers ever needed with a back-up generator outside that’ll auto-on when there’s city fuckery.
But for now it’s still all 110% better than the first closet grow under CFLs!!!

Ok, missed an update yesterday as Covid is kicking my ass but found the energy to make some nutes and feed them today. They didn’t like being ignored for a day but hey, too bad for them. Here they are, no real damage done. #Covidsucks
