Hey @Northern_Loki

This pdf is one few I’ve found that has some understanding of how the cytokene storm CV-19 causes kills you and possible countermeasures .
It lists some immuno boosters that address controlling your bodies reaction.
Best of luck bud!
You’re top shelf.

Not to demean that horrible statistic but this bastard virus doesn’t get off the hook because of it.
This is new, and humans have no immunity to it. It is a disservice to yourself and others to play down the additional cost of human life and suffering we are about to experience.

The anti marijuana portion is open for debate, imho.
It seems agenda driven as no citations are mentioned.
And the reports quoted have a large variability between them.

Mary has been the “gateway drug” for me in terms of helping stop my alcohol use 100%.
I have had some short term memory issues but I can’t exclusively lay it on mj use.
Heart meds and plain old age have to share some of that.
I am still a high functioning worker in an creative, high pressure job and have actually cut down the number of conflicts I have had with coworkers.
Plus it only mentions mj consumption and neglects the powerful placebo effect growing pot gives.

Coronavirus: Medium mortality rate, but very high infectiousness.
Flu: Low mortality rate, high infectiousness.

This isn’t going to be a death sentence for most people, but it’ll likely do the same damage as about 10-20 years of the flu in one.

I live in a small town where most people are barely talking about or reacting to the threat. With that considerd certain items are already vanishing from the shelves. This is the first stage when the few who understand the potential threat are going out and grabbing supply’s. Medications, immune boosters, dry food, and basic sanitation supplies are often the first things to run out and are already starting to.The next stage is where a larger percent of the population realize things are bad and panic and clear the shelves of most things left realizing they should have started sooner. I’d advise people to go out and grab some basic things now that could make alot of difference if you wind up sick. My list of must haves is basically complete minus curcumin and grape seed oil but I will be getting them tommorow. This is a small list of things that may be good to have.
Frozen foods
Rice
Beans
Pasta and sauce
Instant potatoes
Oatmeal
Canned food
Canned meat
Electrolite packets
Anti fever anti congestion medicine
Cough drops
Thermometer
Lysol
Bleach wipes
Rubbing alcohol
Curcumin - anti inflammatory immune booster
Grape seed oil - immune booster
Black elderberry - immune booster , anti viral
Echinacea - immune booster
Multi vitamines
I have a good source of gravity fed tap water but also have a good portable filter and streams near by so don’t need to consider that but some might depending on the individual situation.
If things continue to escalate you will be happy you are prepared and if not there not bad things to have around anyways.
Read about cytokin storms and how to treat them.

The coronavirus has evolved into two major types, with differing transmission rates and geographical distribution, according to a study published in the National Science Review on Tuesday.

That confirms what the scientist is saying about it being created in a lab, saying that it depends on what part of the virus manages to get in your system first, the Sars part or the HIV part.

That rings an ironic bell…“chickenpox parties and uukie mouth” Controversial (but Darwinian) practice that we deem ‘cruel’ today. Most children dealt with chickenpox, and being very contagious an small percentage may be fatal. The risk of getting a child seriously ill was a risk Mothers and society at large was/is willing to take. The practice is considered child abuse by countries that have lawyers, but the idea is to not prolong an ‘absence setback’ and fucked up schedule to everyday life, which will resume, plague or not. Problem is 1 out of a billion people we could have protected (with the health care spending allownce for 100 people) is just as important as the eventual thousands who bear no problem from infection except funding a (macro earth) waste of time. Cruel yes, nobody said life was fair. The vunerable with the most cash will direct the response to this, region, by region.
