I have some 79 Mr Greengenes Maui Waui Cherry Bomb I’d be willing to donate for a seed run. It’s the only Maui Waui I know of that is for sure is the real deal. I’m sure there must be others out there though.

I have 6 “79 Mr Greengenes Maui Waui Cherry Bomb” seed mothers running outdoors right now. I should be giving away seeds later this year. I’ve taken it from the “F1” seeds I bought, through to “F3”, so the seeds I’ll be giving away will be F4 feminized '79 Mr. Greengene’s Maui Waui Cherry Bomb. Each run I’ve been selecting the best structure, vigor, taste & potency to improve the IBL. There is a slight variation in the F3s, but the F4s should be almost identical to each other.

I will run the skunk at my place. I will toss my cut in as well. I think the beans should go to @shadey primarily if we are gonna run these in Canada. He can send them to the grower for the purpose of this run.
Big question? Are these beans viable?
How old are they?
Does the community trust the vendor?
If were gonna do this let’s do it.

If you add your ‘cut’, Id assume you will keep the seeds separate from the ‘pure’ ones?
I dont see any reason to think they wont be viable.
Breeder has been around longer than most of us.
Just have the beans sent to your place if you are gonna grow em. No sense in an extra mailing process - extra cost and potential to get lost forever.

Im already doing Golden Triangke now then Black Triangle immediately after (plants ready to flower anytime)
Then was maybe going to do Love Triangle or like 3 diff sources of Hindu Kush

I’ve always been interested in the Cherry Bomb from MrGreengenes. I’d love to barter with you for some, eventually, @Sebring. I don’t know if it’s close to what I smoked in Waikiki in 1977, but I hope so!
As far as the strain, I think it’s more about putting things into context for the times back then. Sensimilla was new on the US scene and Thai Stick was basically the most exotic strain up to that point.
I just remember that I got way fucked up on the Hawaiian weed more than anything that I was getting in Washington besides Thai Stick. It represented a whole new world that I hadn’t been aware of at the time.
I’m looking forward to this project!

No joke man. Word of mouth is the best/worst advertising. A satisfied customer will tell a couple people on average. A dissatisfied customer will tell 10. It behooves you to be an ethical business.

These guys just block the naysayers and simply get new followers. Heime Cheeba? From ACC? Guy tells stories but this has scam written all over it. Same guy that claims to have a pre-DJ Short blueberry? Don’t be the mark to this grift.
Blueskiesvienna is still scamming even though he’s been called out 100x. Matt Riot is the same. Heime Cheeba is the same. They all have the same thing in common. Extremely expensive, “totally legit” RKS seeds.
I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but this is like when you tell your friend not to give $200 to a stranger at a bar who’s “gonna come right back with an eightball”.

I’m not buying it… very doubtful it’s true rks. the fact that he is charging 500 bucks is in itself a huge red flag as to authenticity. If he really had it, he’d want word of mouth and multiple sales to boost his rep, which would be more like 200 for a (still high, but) reasonable price tag. That said, I hope it turns out to be legit. I know a guy on a separate forum that would grow these out for everyone and pass f2s out for free whether or not it was true RKS for everyone to judge for themselves, totally reliable and honorable, but he is almost strictly outdoors, which means it couldn’t happen until next year. Hope you all find it for real. I’ll be tuned in. Please, to whoever grows it, be super critical so we all can be certain whether or not it is true!
