Crownpoodle's 4x4

Thank you for the advice @shag I can definitely benefit from this, I’m hoping as the weather warms I’ll have continually more motivation. And continue to get back in shape. It’s actually sad as 5-6 years ago I was in peak physical form…. Now I’m a sack of potatoes ffs. That definitely seems doable, and I never think of ice afterwards. But would surely help with the pain etc. after.

I think those would be absolutely perfect for him as theirs not much involved and he can go as little or as far as he needs. Great advice

no I understood man hehe
my issue is the top segment of my tailbone didn’t fuse to the rest of my tailbone while i was a wee lil feetus. So that segment gives me 6 Lumbar vertebrae instead of the normal 5 . So that tailbone segment has been forced to act as a Lumber vertebrae my whole life and the structure and placement between the pelvic bones is no good and also destabilized the Sacroilliac Joints. Many people have this genetic anomaly , it’s rare but not super rare and most people live to thier elderly years before it gives them any issues. My workplace injury should have broken my pelvis but instead the SI joint gave out and from that day forward I’ve had my issues. My spine itself is fairly normal for a mid 50’s person that worked labor jobs but there are issues that are related to my spine compensating for the extra vertebra my whole life. No surgery has been recommended as the odds of full lower body paralysis and even dieing on the table are to high to take the risk. At some point I will need surgical intervention but I have’t met the doctor that says they can fix me yet.

@TopShelfTrees1 I’m hoping you don’t try and germ those in my back. They’ll go good or die.
I appreciate you guys understanding my absence and lack of participation. You all have become a very important part of my life. Injured reserve. I haven’t had much energy to respond, but following along helps. Pretty good distraction. Thank you all from deep in my heart. I am far from well, but I am improving. The physical healing is slow. I’m getting it going mentally too. Small plants are good. Bigger ones are thirsty. I water a quart at a time, max. Manageable. Water everyone the general soup, then fine tune some feeding on any plants lagging.
It’s easy to fall out of good habits into bad ones. Need to get some food going, then short walk.
Crownpoodle. Down…but far from our.

Brother…. That’s what I’m here for. You’ve had my back more times than I can count, for years ! And I will certainly always have yours in any way I can, ANY. I think you know if I wasn’t a zillion miles away . I’d be the guy you hate to love and love to hate cuz I’d be making sure you stayed on top of stuff right along with Jan. You are blessed, so many that love and care for you and look forward to seeing hearing from you everyday! I’m just glad if I can be helpful in any way, and you know if you need it, it’s yours! I’ve got you, shirt right off my back without question. I’m so looking forward to hearing your triumphs to come, as you overcome all the boundaries and get back to where I know you’ve been DYING to be for some time now. You’ve got this brother, and if you feel like you don’t, there’s a whole bunch of us here to pick up the slack…. I know I’ll ALWAYS be . Much love and respect

I am smoking some Sour Cookies x Alpha Dog. It’s out of a bag that says Generic Seeds, Genus Seeds, TJ, and Kind 024. Not much to look at. We all know looks can be deceiving. Part of it is it’s something different to smoke.
I had 3 small plants. One hermed so I pulled all 3. My timing on transplanting, topping, and flipping was atrocious. That situation was my fault. Issue is solved.
Hermed or not, great weed! It’s got that in your face. I have another pack that I got in a gift pack. Still finding some gems in there still @Slammedsonoma420

How can a home health care nurse show to remove my drain and change dressings. She had no gloves, or bandaids of any find? WTF? Lucky I’m not her boss…rather ex-boss. Good thing for her my missus has her shit together.

Out of likes…. Ya that’s bs, should have seen some of the idiots that came to help my grandma! :man_facepalming:t2: but she would let them know, “you are useless! Get out and don’t come back” lol she got fed up with their incompetence quickly, then we just did the majority ourselves. Sad that this is clearly the norm

Hope you heal up well @crownpoodle and the surgery makes a difference for you.
Was at my doctor today and geting a referral to a neurosurgeon to discuss options and hopefully get referred from there to a specialist that is familiar with cases like mine. It’s a tough road finding the right people but they have to be out there.

I spoke to countless medical providers. Some shouldn’t be working on dogs.

My father in law fell down a full flight of stairs.
He had a full broken arm near the shoulder, like an inch between the bones.
They sent him home with a sling and no pain meds…WTF.

Medical care has change dramatically in my lifetime.

Hey poodle…how long you gotta keep that zipper on your back?
Get well soon buddy, you got plants to tend to…

Good things most pot plants are hearty. They’ll bounce back. Might loose a small one or two.
Nice zipper!

DO NOT, repeat…DO NOT tell my wife they need me. Went outside yesterday morning. Whole yard smelled burnt. Oh crap. No smoke in the shed but a very melted surge protector. Yikes! Expensive one too. Walked into the local hardware store. Held it up. “How old?” 2-3 years. "Go get a new one. Sorry. Nice store. Miner’s Ace Hardware.

Good Morning OG. Friends. Family. 11 Days, including surgery. Yesterday was the 1st day I knew what day it was. I was going to elaborate on my “condition”, but won’t beyond I’m healing as good as can be expected.
I am 1/4 Norwegian. As in my Grandad Sigurd and his little sister sold pastries their mom made. Customers? Dockworkers and hookers mostly, in the late 1800’s. I can’t imagine.
Norwegians have a standard response to questions like “How’s it going?”
“Up…and not crying”.

Which is where I am today. PEACE to all of

you. Now I’ll tease. Some wicked smoke reports coming down the pipe.
