Beautiful bushes now getting to the fun part the stack can’t wait to see them in a few weeks
We use bluegill mostly. A big one, live, minus a few fins. Big cats can’t resist
Be careful with those small EB Jr, Cannavore. The plants in them will get super hungry fast, and it may show up out of nowhere, so I’d suggest to start topdressing them now and flip them immediately if you can. If you haven’t already flipped, those plants look like they may be too big for the pot size.
You’ll want to have a regular tea/topdress schedule every couple of weeks through week 7ish for normal hybrids, prolly week 10-12 for NLD, or else they may get severely malnourished. That’s about the size you flip in a full EB or City Picker.
I’ve had it happen to me where they got out of hand and looked like shit. I had to put them in regular earthboxes as the most awkward transplant ever.
when i flower in them i usually do a 2 week veg in the box max plus however long my lazy ass lets them sit in either cups or, for the past two runs i’ve been using those ac infinity fabric bags that i just stick right into the SIP fabric pot n all.
i leave room to topdress, foliar feed if necessary, and never add anything other than fulpower and water into the rez.
this was my last run in them
Nice work!
How often do you use FulPower in your reservoir? No Microbial Inoculant?
On new boxes like these that I just filled up, I add fulpower every watering. Used to use EM1 in the rez too but haven’t bought another bottle since I ran out lol. I use grokashi for probiotics currently.
@Cannavore Have you tried LAB instead of using em1? It’s freeish and has a more diverse population of microorganisms.
Morning Y’all,
Quick day 20f update. Not too much to report. Everyone’s filling out and stacking. Been cleaning lowers and sucker branches out. Everyone’s drinking about a gallonish every day or two. In the next day or so I’ll raise the CMHs and turn up the QB96s Temps are more manageable with lights on, only hitting around 76-78 degrees. I’ll drag everyone out of the tent soon for a more in-depth look.
Fun new toy that I would recommend to anyone for foliar/IPM applications.
Hope everyone is holly and jolly this holiday season.

A few months back, maybe longer, my girl was using one of those for something, I don’t even know what, but I was like,”What is that? How long have we had that? And why didn’t you tell me that thing exists when you saw me using a friggin’ spray bottle to do the foliars?” haha.
Anyway, yeah, those things kick ass. They make foliaring a pleasure haha. I was completely unaware that Chapin (and other companies) even made those, but they’re way more practical for home growers than the concrete sprayer that BAS and Coot pumped up (no pun intended).
These guys do make some reliable sprayers. Got two for the price of one and they’ve yet to let me down
yep i havent in a few years out of laziness though lol.
This is the one I want. I wanna get up under the leaves without turning the whole bottle upside down.
$20ish and well worth it. Got mine on Amazon but anywhere will do. It’s basic enough that I can tighten everything if things ever get loose/don’t hold pressure
Chapin 20000 Made in USA 1 -Gallon Lawn and Garden Pump Pressured Sprayer, for Spraying Plants, Garden Watering, Weeds and Pests, Polypropylene, Translucent White https://a.co/d/09NHcv0
The Home Depot brand ones work pretty good too there only like 10 bucks each
I have a few sprayers but usually gravitate to a 1 QT Solo I got off of amazon like 10 years ago. The nozzle can be rotated to adjust the direction of the spray a bit too. I’d probably use one with a wand if I was spraying something I didn’t want to get on me and had to get under foliage though.
I like it more than the 1 - 3 GAL Chapins for my use and seems to last way longer in my experience. Guess it also depends on how much liquid you actually need to spray.
Merry Crittermas @CrunchBerries !
