CSI Humboldt Seeds

Makes sense… I think the bubba s1 is a og leaner . So that’s a thought. The log train I did same time same method rooted just fine

TK herself is a royal bitch to clone. Hormex #16 makes it pretty easy tho

@GreenHighland Thanks!

Yeah Ik  But I heard they restock it usually if you want to place an order!

Oh yeah! But they are all that he has available in that range! I’ll keep an eye out for his sale!
What would be your pick in the 120 range?

I’m taking down 7 5150 x TK today. I started two packs, and culled 6 in veg and 1 in flower. #3 is as good as any OG cut I’ve ever seen, chunky dank OG nugs without 30 years of baggage.

Hey, @kevinmalone , I have a freebie pack of CSI’s UK Cheese I will send ya if you will grow em! I think there are three seeds? Cheese was a pretty good yielder, for me at least, and was super tasty and delicious – as well as nicely stoney… It is an all around good plant :+1: I grew the real cheese (well, we know the stories… “nobody really has the real cheese”:roll_eyes:) and not the S1’s, but I would bet these seeds turn out some killer plants

That Humboldt Snow is sitting on my want list. Thought to be a parent of Snowcap which is a real tasty line.

Generally I think Train Wreck would fit your wants. Buds stack well, good growth speed so fills a sq meter quickly. Lacks the berry but has that sharp pinene gas terps.

@kevinmalone if fruity gas is what you seek, of that list you posted, my vote is for Purple Punch. It’s always a great smelling, great tasting strain, not usually very potent but ticks the boxes you mentioned for sure.

Take @herojuana.tom up on those UK Cheese, that’s probably gona be some FOUL smoke but in all the ways we want our smoke to be foul :+1:

Still kinda trippin on this Durban Poison, this pic is day 22 flower and she’s just baaaaaarely starting. This plant has stayed lighter green than the rest of the plants, kinda suspected iron deficiency or possibly just sensitivity to the light, but not really sure. Just gonna keep pushing it.

I could be totally wrong here but I believe Durban Poison is technically a Landrace and requires a longer flowering time. I know CSI has their DP as an S1 keeping true to its genetics and several crosses which I just recently learned about.

I cannot wait to grow the S1s and The White x Durban Poison :yum:

Durban Poison as a whole is usually the fastest flowering sativa dominant plant, usual flowering time is 8-9 wks. --but, I also realize flowering time is pretty subjective, varies not only between strains but between phenos as well :man_shrugging:

But still, 22-ish days to even start flower on a 53-day vegged plant is kind of unusual IMO, up until now the longest a plant has taken to flower on me has been 18 days.

I will keep all of this in mind when I grow mine. Thanks Growmie!!!

Depends if it is the dutched touched durban or untainted. I have highland durban from South Africa that takes 18 weeks to finish and is all terpinolene.

Try a 60/40 mix of grade 4 vermiculite/grade 4 perlite in a dome.

Did you try an aerocloner?

I have seem plants that had barely a single pistil on them at 4 weeks into flower that turned into football-sized nuggs by week 8… they csn be highly variable but, yes, this would be outlier behavior
