Nah, just a slow sprouter. You’ll get a brown spot and a really narrowing stem at the base with dampening off.

Right on, thanks. I have about 6 grows under my belt, but always have at least one plant at this growth stage with issues.

Environment is everything for young plants so something is def off man…high 70s/low 80s temp with higher humidity and a small fan going otherwise this issue will keep popping up. Also the big one over-watering will kill seedlings faster than anything regardless of medium

Yeah too cool and to wet conditions will cause damping off, you can prop them up with a tooth pick.

Put some earth worm castings around the stem, should stop it. Lower the lights as well.
