Dank-D's stink box adventures

Final dry weight of last 3 plants was 6.3 oz and the first 3 plants were 4.5 oz so that brings my total harvest to 10.8 oz. I’ll take that

Next grow goal is 1 pound :ok_hand:

the stink box is going to be PACKED here real soon. I have 4 plants in 3 gal pots and 10 plants in 1.5 gal pots, there were advertised as 2gal but they definitely are not.
I won’t settle for anything less than 1 pound but hope to pull 20oz.

Ok i have 4 banana danish that had 3 weeks veg and now are 2 weeks into flower, so 5 weeks from seed. Three of those four are all very similar. Nice balanced looking plants and very easy to train.

Then there is this monster that I was assuming was a male plant. Ever since it popped through its lil head up though the soil it was very different. This plant grew 2x as fast as the others and possibly the fastest plant i have EVER grown.

Grew like a male with a tighter node spacing so I thought I would use him to make seeds for the community. Then just just 7 days into flower this plant shows sex (well before the others) and is female.

The main stalk on this bitch is super thick and she just flat out refused to be trained down so I just supercropped for an even canopy. Now this thing is growing buds already wtf

Ok this bitch is getting out of control and screwing up my grow. Wasn’t planning on a long branch sativa dom plant in my garden. I was actually considering chopping this thing down but but don’t have the heart since its growing so strong.

I’m not sure what its pulling from its genetics from this odd ball but its definitely a sativa.

These 4 are all banana d

Hey D, I’ve had to use garden wire to to shape top branches into candy cane shapes, to keep the plant from being burned when I was box growing. I’d tie off at the top and then to the bottom of the same branch. Your garden looks awesome to me!!

I might try that cuz this thing is on steroids. Kind of weird for a sativa dom to be forming actually buds while the indica dom plants are just pre flowers

I would crush the stems and let the apical buds flop over. That way my canopy would be more even. Like you I dont have the heart to kill a plant, but dont mind a little pinching and bending.

@ReikoX basically just super crop the tops? Thinking this would be best to do right now while they are stretching.so they can recover before plant focus is on flowers

Yes, be gentle and go slow to reduce stem snapping. Doing it while they are thirsty helps too as they are a bit more pliable.

Thanks for the thirsty tip I’ve always done the opposite lol
