WinterGrow " mind you running a little late"
Setup is I should know these dimensions by now…give or take length and width but height I in the ball park…
L 6 ft+ W 4 ft+ H 3.5 ft+ to bottom of joist. Have had major issue with heat running 2 300 w led, one DIY Cobb and a Mars. The forced air intake in the orginal build was not enough so this year I cut and beat it out, after the mess was repaired two 11.5" intakes were cut in under each light so the tent can be run closed…
We have a OZxSDxCCK, SCxCCKxBB, GLFxBB all regular. The SCxCCKxBB is the only known in the line up, the other two are “will see”, however the OZxSD came from some ones els’s work "Thanks Franklin and ? and I added the CCK.

The GLFxBB are finicky,hope this is just a seedling / germination issue.
Clicked the Mouse button and poof…new humidifier, spider farmer sf1000d for the light gap between the 2 300w led fixtures and some postasium silicate.
Just realized the actual Rapid Rooter are still around, a few years back one could not get them easily here and I opted for a generic…The latter suck…but I had abut 50 of them to work through over the years and there still moist but the still suck…
I add a pic or two to the grow tent setup.
wondering how the grow will be with a little more light, and upgraded exhaust fan as well as the new tent intakes. Better go check the circuit load it used to be around 9A with everything running.

No way to keep RH ideal for seedlings - Bought 3L smart humidifier and placed in tent, ended up with 40% RH, then placed humidifier in lung room same results…This will require a Whole House Humidifier on furnace… Once they get growing the RH will be a different beast.
The ozxsdxcck is way ahead of the other two…Hope it is just vigor and not indication she is going to be very tall - I have grown strawberry cough x cotton candy kush “tall plant” and Blueberry “tall plant” some other strains that were medium… All of which requires a lot of LST to keep 2 ft.
We shall see - They went in on the 24th but there have been two additional germination for the other two strains, looking for to nice moms from each.
Wow lots of issues this winter - might of been old cal mag, problematic coco. Any ways changed out cal mag and coco all issues were developing around 2nd weed so seem to indicate buffering issues and lack of available cal mag. Good thing time line is flexible.
We have a new cross OZ x SD x CCK, a nice cross from last year of SC x CCK x BB NIce but I had the most issues with it this winter. Odd did not have any issues at all when that cross was grown out the first time, however I sent some beans to a friend on the west coast and he ran into the issue I observed this year.
Then there is a LGF x BB cross really hoping one makes it. It is also a new cross but real fussy. In fact started them twice as well.
One issue growing in really short spaces is the plants IMO need to be set up right from the beginning because they need to be trained and if stress has them growing funky it will become an issue. Man I miss a tall tent with easy access!
These are all regular beans so I suspect there will be a few males in there. The lights just went to 12. I think if there was a plan B it would be a couple feminized strains veg now just i
n case.
At the most it could be 6 for my little smurf tent.

This is pretty belated, but I’m doing a combo of an open container of water (with some hydroton floating on top to encourage evaporation) and a humidifier in my 2x4 tent and that’s keeping the vpd in reasonable ranges. Just one or the other was not quite getting there. The humidifier could keep it up, but it was clicking on and off a ton, and I wanted to help it not work so hard.
I hope you don’t lose too many plants to maleness, and that you can keep them a reasonable size! They’re looking good.

The nice thing about the two Mars Hydro lights I have is that the driver is outside the tent so it doesn’t heat it up. Good luck with your grow.

I looked at moving the driver outside but opted to leave it alone. The past few years I had to leave the tent door open which is not ideal. This year I finally reworked the air intake and have temps under control. Nice - There are two 300w lights in there one mars and one diy cob. The cob puts out more light, I can tell by the way the one strain cups under the cob and not so much under the mars.
Belated - even with a small multi liter humidifier in the smurf tent it only upped the rh a few points. The biggest difference was when the girls started to grow…Very dry air in winter here and there needs to be a whole house humidifier on the furnace as well…
There is a Plan B to compensate for the males.

All male - I have never had all beans go male, it is mathematical improbability, but it does happen. Beggs to differ environment must be considered.

This was a recent cross that I really wanted to see grow out. Perhaps I can get one going for summer grow just to see.

Well Plan B - resorted to gifted seeds all fem - So I started "orange Zkittels x Sour Diesel, Sour DieselxBlackJack and one Strawberry Cough x Cotton Candy Kush x Blue Barrie that made it. They are staged 2 or 3 wk apart. Just the way it worked out.
Changed Calmag product twice and changed coco twice, with that being said there was clearly some unknown issues with the sc cross that kept developing around 2 nd wk. Yes it was buffered.

Little update - 1# scxcckxbb made it ! A couple of sour diesel
x black jack are doing well and a sour disel x Orange Zkittles is weeks behind. It in back ground no real pic material yet.

these are regular photos that would hit 7 ft easy, but have been kept under 2 ft including grow bag.

For the 3 peeps who took seeds on from me on the “take seeds and leave seeds” thread. These are some old pics of the same strains in a 6.5 ft tent. Those plants were manifolded so you can tell they get Big if you let them.
