Decontaminating pollen

So I just got done with my first seed run 2 weeks ago, and I’m now more than a week in to collecting pollen in that tent. It’s dropping like crazy still.

I have plants veging in two other tents (3 tents total). A couple plants need to flower soon… they are growing in small pots and have seen better days (root bound, and not finding enough nutrients after 9 weeks).

I have to end the pollen drop and start cleaning. I’m gonna bleach the tent with my Chapin sprayer and scrub it down as per usual after a grow. The water should deactivate all the pollen in that tent. But… my lung room is carpeted, and used for storage too, so lots of stuff like stuffed animals that could kick up pollen when the pressure changes from opening the door to the room. Carpet is my main concern. There’s so much heavy furniture, appliances, and half of it is built in to the old house (pipes and whatnot), making cleaning the rug impossible. What should I do if I need to move those two plants into flower soon (for actual flower this time)?

I wouldn’t worry about it. Just do a half assed cleaning job. My tent is caked with resin at the end of a cycle and I just give it a little wipe down. Pollen doesn’t keep long in the open.

Just set your sprayer to ‘mist’ and lay a ‘fog’ down on the rug. It’s pollen ‘kryptonite’.

Like others say, just spray down the rug. I would try a 10% bleech solution and try it on a small area not visisble to make sure it doesnt hurt the carpet and if it doesnt just mist with it over everything.
