This grow diary will be about 13 Faces by Deep Ellum @deep_rob. It is ((1988 g13 x 1988 NL#2) x 1988 NL#2) x Face on fire. I think I’m still the only one to grow it other than the breeder.
Obviously no bud yet but its line is solid. He’s been working this one for a while now and may release it soon. He gave me permission to post it here. You can get his work on Strainlly, (I got mine there directly from Deep Ellum with better pricing and KILLER freebies), Great Lakes, and DCSE as far as I know.
It’s a beautiful little seedling. Somewhat difficult to get to root. It’s picky about its medium it seems. Tried coco coins and they just weren’t dense enough to hold the tiny roots. Popped 3 in jiffy plugs and that did the trick.
She is a slow grower. The pictured one below is 3 weeks but not getting much vertical growth. Trimmed fan leaves under the canopy to prevent leaf rot. All three of mine are very different heights but consistent in appearance and healthy. Large fan leaves and very fuzzy to the touch on leaf surfaces.
Using Floraflex nutes, 70/30 coco or Promix HP, 2 Grow Pros Dragon lights, Floraflex far deep red under canopy lights. Floraflex microdrip irrrigation. Will post more as it goes
