Nothing Wrong with topping, just don’t go overboard until you have your nutrients dialed in during bloom. More tops usually mean smaller colas, but with proper lighting and feed, that can be offset.

under a 400 watt HPS with a Sun System hood more than likely

. @SmknCanuck pointed his plants out to me too lol. Hey, only just got back into growing this year, haven’t kept up in 12 or more years lol. Back when SCROG was newer and was the way to maximize tops, but they all grew as short tight colas.

just to point out I use 20-20-20 and 10-30-20 Jack’s Classic and Pro Silicate
the jacks I use at 1/4 teaspoon per gallon every third watering and the Silicate
at the same time at 1 teaspoon a gallon
and that is all I ever use i am nor one to add stuff because
a labor of Love for me it keeps me somewhat out of trouble

I stopped for awhile bad neighbor and you cannot grow weed in jail 
things have changed indeed but the same plant from what I can tell
