First time growing destroyer and just cracked open 10 beans, still very early stages but I’ve got two here that have separated leaves on the first set of pre leaves, can’t remember this before on anything I’ve grown and was just wondering what are the main phenotype expressions people have found and which ones really stand out. Have read loads on destroyer and it’s seems the meao Thai ones get the most attention but there’s also been lots of talk that destroyer was reworked at some point, which I hope it hasn’t.

I know it’s early days for them but I’ll keep a log going for them here as I find it interesting, have the main log on a different site running with a few other varieties, mostly Thai inclined. Been ages since I’ve grown anything seriously so I’m probably going to see my arse with these. Busy finishing off my first tent grow and they almost all look under fed, had a wierd start with some pro soil mix and never recovered from there as it produced pH issues whenever I fed them.
Here are the strains incase anyone would be interested, anesia Hawaiiana, anesia purple Thai, ace seeds Thai chi, cannabiogen destroyer and some local seeds called broadleaf black Congo.
Happy to post pics as they come along, hoping the Thai route is going to suit my needs but only time will tell.

I haven’t had destroyer yet, but I’m interested in it. I read someone said they reworked it by crossing it back to the Thai. I’m not sure if that’s true or not.

From what I’ve read, the regular ones are F4, the feminized ones F4 and F6. I read it to someone from cannabiogen on a forum, but I don’t remember who or in what forum, sorry.

Man a further Thai BX would be awesome, I did read on mike’s post the fem version finished off earlier than the regular ones. Will take pics again when there is more detail on those first leaves, the one has proper three leaves on both of the first leaves, just never seen that before

Thanks gmike, really liked your grow. Had a good read up on your thread after posting this one, desfran has also been suggested a few times on ic for a tastier version but it being an S1 I’d imagine it would take quite a bit of searching for the correct pheno.

Slightly better photos of the two, the one with just the one extra leaflet I would have just thought a mutation, holding thumbs they might be more WLD expressions

Hey man, I did. Had quite a wide set of different phenos, the two that had the extra leaflets where the same pheno but both were male, the one male is strong enough that it gave a very powerful effect even smoking it in veg, the other one had almost no effect. I think these 2 were extreme Thai leaning phenos. I got 1 columbian female that’s just amazing, 1 Mexican pheno that was OK and 3 Thai phenos out of the females, the 1 Thai is very good day time smoke the other 2 weren’t as strong and built up resistance quite quickly.
If you are planning on running some of these seeds, make sure you do the regulars as the Feminised version is harder to get outstanding phenos from what I’ve read.
I’ve kept the thai male and the columbian female for further breeding and I think they will both be around for a long time. Very easy to control plants for something that is so sativa as long as you keep pot sizes small and most of the females finished in about 10 weeks
