Diary: Special Kush & Royal Cookies

Hello friends.
I am almost over with the other grow, maybe a week or two till drying and curing so it is time to start a new one. One seed per strain as space is limited, both come from Royal Queen Seeds. I am still growing in a closet, NFT system with 600 W LED Viparspectra lights. Using the Advanced Nutrients GMB advanced formula.

Day 0, August 4th 2019
Seeds in water.

Day 2, August 6th 2019

After 12 hours in water they have been put between sheets of wet paper and sealed in a plastic bag. After 24 hours both have sprouted and rock wool must be prepared. The germinated seeds have been put in rock wool cubes in a seedling container and under a small led light which I use for growing basil and other herbs.

Next step is cleaning the mini vegetation tent where the two will spent at least 2-3 weeks before being moved to their final destination.

Happy growing.

Day 5
Time to prepare the bigger rock wool cubes with some root stimulator.
The Royal Cookies stretched quite a bit even though the light is as close as possible. It still has the seed shell and if tomorrow morning isn’t off I’ll help it a little. Special Kush looks nice with one long root already looking for food.
Happy growing. :herb::seedling::shamrock::four_leaf_clover::leaves::ear_of_rice::tanabata_tree:

Royal Cookies: helped her drop the seed and she started to show signs of growth. Added another rock wool cube for support because of little stretch.
Special Kush: :seedling:
The roots are already peeking from the cubes. Happy growing.

I am currently in second week of flowering. As you can see from the pics I have a DIY Ebb & Flow system with two plants that grow in rockwool/clay pellets. I am used changing nutrients and cleaning my tank every week and after a month of growing in this system it has become really difficult to manage ph values, nutrient values and everything else because the access to the tank is only possible if I raise the growing container. Not only it is heavy but with plants growing it is also difficult to move it. I already have an Autopot system waiting for the next grow but I am really thinking of transplanting this two ladies to their new home because only the thought of managing this sytem for 2 months or more makes me nervous.
I think I can dig a little, remove some pellets and get them out without risking too much for the roots and place them in the new pots.The only problem could be if the roots of the plants are tangled. What do you think?
The first picture is from a month ago, the second was taken 2 days ago.
