For some reason the top cola isn’t maturing nearly as fast as the rest. The white hairs aren’t turning orange, but on the other colas there are already some amber trichomes. Should I just harvest all of them now?

I think its because the main cola is too close to the lights, which makes it reflower.
The plant should be OK for harvest

Awesome, it’s been taking forever so definitely happy to cut it down.

Leaf trichomes don’t count, only the trichomes on the calyx.
But otherwise I’d agree with energyslammers there ^^
