I don’t know whether this is helpful for this bunch of folk, but I have the first plant I grew of DJ Short Blueberry F5 last year. Harvested May. Been in a jar for that long. I open it every few months and grab a bud or 2. Last night I had some in my mighty+ vape. Very berry at low temp, high temp was very Egyptian musk, peppery, vanilla blueberry. The high is always clear on the initial, but I had packed the capsule pretty full. I got some couch lock after.unchies, but resisted to eat. Back pain relieved for a solid 8 hours. The one thing I like about the blueberry is the fact that the wakeup after sleeping on it is the way the sheets feel, the ability to lay on my back and not feel the herniated disc in my back, and the happy feeling and negating anything negative following the night sesh.
I know this is a long post, but I think this is why blueberry is one of my favorites. I only have 1 plant to go by, but if the rest of them are the same as my first, my goodness. I guess I’ll be on the blue train forever.
The BB is only in a 3 gallon container. I wasn’t expecting her to grow so fast and reach this size. Im debating up sizing her container but she has just started flowering and i really dont want to stress her now.
Ya thats always a tough call ime it stalls em bad. Not worth it unless it doubles up i guess. Would almost need a helper to do it for a big plant like that.
Here’s my most likely Blueberry. This one is at least forming up buds and got a few trichomes on it. The other two are flowering but sparsely for this long into flower. This one has very little smell whatsoever. One of the others has a deep skunky burned rubber smell, but it is very subtle. The third is stretching like heck still with very small buds. My conditions out there are far from optimal, so I will take some responsibility in that regard, but these three are not real impressive for coming up on 50ish days into flower. Hopefully the next round with the clones will go better as fall comes on and temps get back to good.
Reminds me of a practice they did in the 1800s. They would find Egyptian mummies, friend them up, and put them in tinctures with herbs and call it a youth serum. Thanks National geographic for putting the knowledge and mental image in my noggin
@ChinookKing@Trickster, you could cut the bottom out of the pot and sit it on top of a 7 gallon container. That would give them more room to grow.
Thinking the stretch is over and sexing has begun… Looks like the front tall one is a boy and the rear 4 are fems… I’ve called em wrong before I see real some proof. Plus is fun to look at males up to a point…
Still early i wouldnt worry im sure theyll liven up later in flowering. Most are subtle anyway til the last few weeks. She looks good from here man curly leaves and all. I like how the tops always curl up.
My flo is setting up flowers finally . Same floral smell atm. Looks like its gonna be a small yielder but its cool.
@TonesOwn & @Hounddawg Egyptian Musk is a Wonderful sensual subtle musky smell! I used to wear the oils all the time. Women Loved it when i wore it! Still one of my Most Favorite scents ever!
