I have already mentioned that haha, but I’m sure it got lost amongst the dozens and dozens of posts in between actual grow information haha! I’m for sure gonna plant some of Doc D’s Outer Limits, which is his Sour Diesel/AfPak hybrid. And I was considering Lucky Dog’s ECSD/Chem hybrid, too, just because it might be fun to have a little side-by-side Sour Diesel hybrid action going on. But I wanna grow at least two Bodhi strains this round, so I may scratch the Lucky Dog seeds and plant some of Bodhi’s Triple Goddess, which is Three Kings (Sour D/Headband/OG) x Snow Lotus. I’m also thinking about maybe growing some of Emerald Mountain/Mandelbrot’s Royal Kush, another Sour Diesel hybrid. It’ll be one of those three. Maybe haha.
And then I’ll throw in a long-flowering Sativa-dominant thing, not sure what, though. Maybe Dread Bread, maybe Zap, maybe Mountain Temple, even though that’s not exactly one that I would call “long-flowering.” I do love that one, though, one of my favorite Bodhi strains ever.
And I also wanna plant one of Bodhi’s GHash crosses, but I’m not sure which one yet. And I kinda wanna get to nube’s Cheech Wizard f2’s, as well; Diablo OG is one of my favorite OG’s. I dunno. I have a lot of seeds haha, too many, really; the ones I mentioned are just a fraction of them. Probably gonna start the new run on April 15, so I’ve got a while to decide. And no matter how much I plan the next run, the morning I start sowing seeds, I always see one in the vault that I hadn’t even considered and end up planting some of those instead haha.

i actually read about this, so i’m gonna answer that rhetorical question! apparently people were bothered by a weed strain being called green CRACK because of the crackhead connotations. so they decided in order to preserve the sanctity of weed and maybe save the children?, that green crack had to go and dream queen would be a better name.
honestly, i’m not sure why you would rename a strain with crack in the name, which implies speediness and zippy/up/go… to “dream queen”, which implies nighty-nite and lay your head down.
whatever, i don’t make the names. i just smoke that shit.
That’s ridiculous and it’s just funny how it sounds like a indica and it’s always been a huge sativa strain for dispensaries in my area and it will be interesting to see how long it takes to change
I dunno about “compact” haha. The Soar and the C. Gold x DE #1 stayed pretty short. The rest got relatively big. If I hadn’t tied up the C. Gold x DE #2, she probably woulda taken up the entire 5x5. That one was fucking huge.
I actually have a pack of Soul Food, been considering that one. Got a pack of the Hashplant 4 and Hashplant D, too. If I don’t plant any of the Lucky Dog gear this run, I may plant one of Bodhi’s Chem/GHash crosses. That Hashplant D supposedly turns out RKS-type plants every now and then, if that’s important to you haha…
Speaking of RKS, a buddy of mine swung by earlier this afternoon, I gave him some nugs of the Soar, the Sky Cuddler Kush and the C. Gold x DE #1, the DE-leaner. I trust his opinion the most when it comes to weed, so I always give him some samples. Like five minutes after he left, he texted me and was like,”It smells like a skunk in my car!” I’m not sure what it was he was smelling, but if I had to guess, I’d say it’s the C. Gold #1. Kind of interesting. The Soar doesn’t smell skunky, I don’t think. Haven’t really noticed any sorta “skunky” smells from the SCK, either.
Yeah, I’ve heard that story, too, but I thought they changed it to Green Cush? With a C? Something like that. Never heard anything about Dream Queen, except the TGA one.
Whatever. It’ll always be Green Crack to me haha. Always liked that one, haven’t blazed in any yeeearrrrs.
oh yeah, you’re right. i have heard that as well. i think the other story was from the blimburn site. there’s a video on the site where the guy tells his story of not liking the green crack name.

That friend of mine who I gave nugs to yesterday texted me earlier, said the Soar tasted like a pack of Life Savers through his vape. I thought that was pretty cool haha.
What’s funny is I’ve actually had Soar in my cart a number of times…but I’ve always been able to talk myself out of it.

I don’t own any of their gear, not really familiar with them at all. I mean, I’ve seen the name, but I don’t know anything about them.
I’ve grown Bodhi’s Apollo 11f4’s. A couple times, actually. According to my printed-out/handwritten seed list, I still have a full pack, but I can’t find it anywhere, must’ve just forgotten to mark it off? I dunno. I know I didn’t grow two packs of those seeds, though, so I’m not sure where it is. If I sent somebody that pack and you see this, can you let me know, please? I’m really not one to misplace seeds haha, but it’s entirely possible I sent that pack to somebody and forgot.
And I grew the Smart Move (Thai x Apollo 11) x OMG. One of those plants reeked like tangerines after she got cured up, which is what makes me think that that OMG male has the potential to really add some serious fruity/citrus flavors. I mean, the Apollo 11 is pretty dang fruity, too, but considering that that one Soar plant reeks of tropical fruit, too, I’m thinking that’s gotta be coming from the OMG.
I think those are the only two Apollo 11 hybrids I’ve grown, though. I saw you asking about that GG4/A11 cross you’re growing on the Bodhi thread, sounds like it might be interesting. I’m not a huge fan of GG4, but maybe that Apollo 11 can spice it up a little bit.
