Really enjoying this modern retelling of Faustus. It’s fascinating how you weave in contemporary elements while keeping the core theme of a man wrestling with ambition and temptation. The original story has always felt timeless, and seeing it reimagined in a new setting really highlights how relevant those themes still are today. Looking forward to seeing where you take the character next!

These projects just happen without my thinking about them. They come together very quickly. The songs have been in my head for decades. This one was very easy because the story was already written in 1772. However, I was amazed at how well the individual songs fit into the storyline even though they were written hundreds of years later. It certainly points to @drgreensleeves idea that these are basic human traits.

Here is an update that you won’t believe.
We were driving the pickup truck to town today to haul water for the cows and we came down a large hill going about 50 mph.
Anyway, there is a turn at the bottom so we slowed down and just as we got to the corner THE FRICKIN BACK WHEEL FELL OFF !
