Nothing I’ve ever seen before, but fungus of some kind. Toss it ASAP or use a broad spectrum fungicide if you absolutely need to keep it.

It’s root development, which will harden off after a while.

Y’all ever see the callus go up the stem like that? IDK, maybe in like 100% humidity or something but not like that and not that white/fluffy looking. Never seen a cut do that.

Yes, High humidity in the dome is the cause.
If you cut a cube at mid cloning you will see the same thing.

It looks alot like callousing. Ive seen it do it up a split stem. I forgot to add it was where tape was placed.
