I saw a debate about social media causing metal illness in teens on CNN today. This book called " The anxious generation " was being discussed. Heavy internet use is contributing majorly to climate change as well but nature always manages to balance change.

I don’t use social media other than this site. However, I’ve talked to my grown kids enough to realize that when ppl post on social media they show the best of their lives. Others interpolate that between those postings the posters’ lives are as great as the posts indicate. I think ppl then compare their lives to those of the posters and their lives seem less joyful. These unrealistic comparisons can lead to depression, in my humble opinion.

When we try to pick out anything by itself, we find it hitched to everything else in the universe.

“You are comprised of 84 minerals, 23 Elements, and 8 gallons of water spread across 38 trillion cells.

You have been built up from nothing but the spare parts of the Earth you have consumed according to a set of instructions hidden in a double helix, and small enough to be carried by a sperm. You are recycled butterflies, plants, rocks, streams, firewood, wolf fur, and shark teeth, broken down to their smallest parts and rebuilt into our planet’s most complex living thing.
You are not living on Earth. You are Earth."

This is very interesting to me. In Buddhism many times a teacher will ask the student to pick them up at the airport and then the teacher will not be there, or ask the student to wait outside a store while they go in and buy something, and then the teacher will slip out the back door. It is referred to as “benevolent neglect”. It is designed to teach you to not have any expectations of the future and to live in and adapt to this present moment. Its just interesting. :rainbow:

“I am a creator. I am here to create a safe and bountiful life.
By vibration and frequency, I choose to be healthy, productive, and wise.
I have great gratitude for my abilities to recognize that thoughts produce frequencies,
and I can create a frequency that supports the safe, probable world I live in by directing my energy toward what I want to experience.
I walk through life with clear, conscious intent to weave my energy, like a gossamer thread in a large and beautiful tapestry, throughout the world I encounter,
I fully realize that a multitude of probabilities and belief systems exist side by side with mine.
And in mine I am safe. In mine I am guided. In mine I love and trust my body.
In mine I know my cells are precognitive and that I am a co-creator of the multiverse.
I know I am a valuable being. I know that I will receive the impulses,
the signs and signals and guidance that I require to always be in the right place at the right time, for my highest good and that of all those around me.
All this I know, and for this I am most grateful.”

“Time is the following; that being which in as much as it is, is not, and in as much as it is not, is. It is intuited becoming.” — Wilhelm Hegel.

I’m listening to humans living in the human colonies channeled through Jim Charles, talking about how they receive us in our dream state (astral body), and how they receive everyone from the galaxy and how they then communicate, every species connects in a different way, and through different chakras.
And they have this protocol, a check list where they ask if they’re feeling hot or cold, thirsty, hungry, if they want clothing if they arrive naked, or if they wanna stay naked, of if they want different clothes than what they’re wearing etc.
Clothing is very uncomfortable for the skin of reptilians apparently. Very interesting.

So if we want, we can have a double life on board a human colony ship, where we learn to communicate telepathically with ET’s and such…
We live our lives on Earth, and when we sleep we live our lives on board the space ship or another planet.
And eventually we will remember more and more of our lives on board the ship and we will have a choice of merging the two lives as one, aware that we are on Earth with a mission to bridge both worlds.

And then there’s also the idea of human-ET hybrid children with DNA from 2, 3, 4 parents or more.
Apparently something that’s been going on for a long long time already.
The future is looking mighty fine…

You can call it work, or you can call it service, or co-creating, or playing.
