But alot of people swear by it my old friend used to do boxing and thats the first thing theyd do after a fight immediately into the ice to stop the swelling and numb the existing pain, loosens up the muscles

Yeah, I will see how it goes over the next couple days. It hurts more now but the swelling is not as bad. On the bright side, I work out of 3 hospitals so I am surrounded by doctors all day long. If I need one, there are plenty of them around.

I am glad @Sdd420 . I have not been able to give out any of these as I was waiting for all the co-op seeds to make it to the USA. They cleared customs on the 19th of October and were not scanned again until this morning. Thankfully the 450 packs I sent are safe and sound so I don’t have to resend them. That’s a huge load off my mind after over 2 weeks of wondering.

Sounds like you might have a slight tear of the meniscus Doug. So sorry to hear that, that’s a painful injury indeed. And for us older guys it takes much longer to heal! Up to 4-8 weeks usually. Use the RICE acronym when possible (which doesn’t seem often for you unfortunately) Rest Ice Compression Elevation.
Hang in there bud, that brace will definitely help. Thanks for everything you do around here!
