Unfortunately that is how it is. I destroyed my lower back moving a commercial AC unit in my early 20’s. As I move through my 50’s it only get’s worse but that’s life. Wake up every day with the tools you have at your disposal, use them to the best of your ability and call it a night. Such is life.

I understand I too blew my lower lumbar spine, it has deteriated and my legs are are screwed up.
Pins and needles and then cannot walk at night, burning feet hurt so bad I have cried myself to sleep.

I can relate to that. Sleep is not really my friend, usually 5 hours a night is about my limit before I can’t find a comfortable spot to allow me to go back to sleep. Can always be worse. Many out there in much worse shape than I am so I just try to accept.

I only smoke mostly at night to sleep. Best thing I did was get a good air adjustable bed, but even then very hard to find a sweet spot

Yes it sure is, my orthopedic doctor/pain specialist give me injections in my cervical neck and lower back. They actually help so today i cut down scrub trees and hauled them to the fire pit, opened more sun to my garden and man I am in pain so that is how we roll. Tomorrow I shall be in the boat just relaxing, need some relax time now, oh i remember I am in my 70’s

I’ve heard good things. When Lambchoppd was around more, he sent me a pack from his repro (I’ve told this story before); when it arrived, the paper packaging had the finest slice, and was empty.
The envelope, however, appeared to be completely intact!
