If you can get them, Ona Blocks (about $9 USD) can help. I live in an apartment in a place where growing is illegal. I run a carbon filter/CanFan in a 2x2 tent for drying. When it gets too stinky for the filter or when I need to turn the fan down to slow drying, I put a couple Ona Blocks in the room, outside the tent. (I’m guessing that Fresh Wave linked above is a similar product.)
