Maybe just dry in the shade? Years ago I dried weed in a natural crevice in the ground. It was basically a crack in the ground about 3 ft deep. I laid little strips of branches across the crack and put my weed on coat hangers and hung them from the branches. I then put plastic and more sticks and leaves on top and when I was done it looked like the ground continued through the forest. It worked very well…
