ELG's Lost Garden

Looking great @ELG, everything coming along nicely. Can’t wait to see the tent packed wall to wall with bud! :grinning:

You thinking of growing any outside again this year?

Yeah, I have 3-4 spots. I’ll be growing mainly auto’s, hopefully they’ll be as big as yours last year!

Let me do the introductions:

Lebanon bx × Strawberry Banana by @Oldtimerunderground

C99 × Mendo Breath by Sebring

RK62 × Diesel Ryder f2 auto by @Oldtimerunderground

NYC Diesel × Strawberry Banana by me

White Cherry Truffle f2 by @Eagles009

A few days ago I took a gamble choosing which of the 2 WCT I would put in the 7gal bag. One looked a little tiny bit better then the other. I guess I picked the right one.

Went to check the plants after work and I see this

I don’t know if I’m happy about this, because I don’t know for sure what strain it is. After watering the plants, I find a little motivation and try to transplant and keep it around for some time.

I keep digging and it’s still not moving so I ended up pulling harder. This sprout is 15cm long.

Things are doing good. Topping the plants in the back and tying them down until everything is even.
The new seedlings are doing okay, so is the unknown seedling.

The plants have been growing for a month now. I think one more month or month and a half and I’ll flip them. Went crazy on the topping, the plants are droopy because of this.

I just might be pulling some seeds made with that SB pollen right now :+1:  :+1:

(cough)…(cough)… [Ethos- Roze Cookies] x Strawberry Banana

Just might be pulling a few others here in the near future as well. I am a bit burnt out from trimming today, but I feel I must get another plant done… lol

@bassman5420 Sounds like a crazy desert!

It could be an epic cross, the terps on the Roze Cookies are insane and I am really pissed I did not get a clone of it… Very mad at myself… How were the terps on the SB’s?

It was mostly bubblegum with a bit of banana creaminess, after it cured it was more creamy.

Nice, I dig it!

Speaking of creamy. @Oldtimerunderground the Black Lebanon × SB I have growing really smells like the SB but with even more creaminess, if I can call this smell like that.

I’m always lost where it comes to reamending the soil. I need to find a way to tell when there’s no more food. I think remember when they lost their happiness, we’ll see if I’m right the next few times.

The VPD thing scares me. At night, I have no control and rh can go up to the 70s which isn’t so dramatic. What is dramatic is the lack of air flow and wet leaves. Since the plants are so packed, I’ll stop using the humidifier and might have to pull out the dehumidifier. We’ll see.

I’m only topping them and moving leaves out the way of shoots.

BL×SB

C99×MB

NYCD×SB with the mystery plant

WCT, not sure why this one is never happy and has wrinkled leaves.

Trizzlers, which is probably stunted

RK62×DR, the only one that doesn’t give a fuck

For me, the AC Infinity T6 was a major game changer. I’ve been regulating all winter on RH alone. No more RH spikes at night. RH spikes can kill you in flower.
A circulation fan is a must as well.
I have an old 10", 3 speed desk fan that finally stopped doing the oscillating feature. I stripped the pedestal away and now it hangs from the ceiling and blows down through the lights.

Cheers

The AC infinity fan will most likely solve my issue, I’ve always wanted one since I saw them… But it’s still out of my budget… Fortunately, there is still 2 things I can do before pulling the trigger, put the fan on it’s fast setting and plug the dehumidifier on the controller I have. Hopefully it’ll be enough. If not, then I’ll have to grind for that 200$.

I also felt like sharing that I’m about to crawling out of debt, I just covered my lines of credit after 4 years, now all that there’s left to do is repay the plug, I owe like 3-4 years worth of herb… Things are moving forward fast now, never had so much discipline.

Plants are getting slowly better, I’ll most likely flip in a week or two maximum. That way I have enough time to get things ready to go out in mid-june. I probably won’t have enough time to fill up that net.

I’m stuck in the metro for 30mins, so I guess it’s time to do an update. I think I was able to reduce the RH to something more manageable. I harvested the RK62×DR, it wasn’t ready at all :frowning:. I also cleaned the fabric filter covering the carbon filter, it was full of dirt. The RH now hovers at around 55, with the dehumidifier always on. I’ll flip them to 12/12 in the next days.

I’ll add more photos tonight.
