Well that was an easy change brought on by respectful discussion so I agree. I for one will continue to do regular giveaways as I have since I joined but altering some things so as to stop attracting every panhandler on the net seems like a reasonable and good idea. Also moving the chat to a chat thread drove the posts way down so another box checked. Was not a fan of some of the very insulting things said but most have been very good about expressing their concerns in a constructive way and for that I am appreciative.

Glad someone pointed that out. OP has been here LESS than one year and acts like shit has changed. I have to agree that some people don’t like competition for the seed runs or free seeds even though no one will actually admit it because that’s the only thing that has changed in the past 6 months. My first interaction on this site with OP was a shit one so I put them on my block list, later on I thought I might be over reacting so I took him off my block list. Next interaction with him he called me a goof for something that wasn’t directed at him so back on block list for good.
From what I’ve personally seen OP is a drama queen that throws fits when he reads or sees something he doesn’t like so is now permanently on my ignore list. I find it sad when people talk how much they value community yet their actions speak louder than their words.
I’ve also mentioned the whole seed run thing getting ridiculous over a year ago multiple times but at the time quite a few members didn’t agree with me. Glad people are starting to realize there’s improvements to be made.
It kind of sucks that a lot of the most active threads on overgrow have been ones full of drama. Would be nice if there was this many posts in the growing section or bud pics.

That’s kinda irrelevant. OP is the one who started this convo whether it was in the private lounge or here. People who have been here less than a year shouldn’t even be complaining about how shit used to be better because not much has really changed since then besides seed runs getting way more popular which isn’t surprising given the prerequisites needed.
The convo about the seed runs has been going on for a long time now and it clearly needed to be spoken about I’m just pointing out like another did that some of the people here complaining haven’t even been here long enough to know what things used to be like.
Edit: I don’t think @LemonadeJoe was trying to offend anyone maybe just trying to make sure that everyone had a say/ was able to state their opinion in this convo since not everyone can read the private lounge?

I think things have changed more recently than in a year more like in a few months.
This thread was to discuss it not sling back and forth.
We should get back on topic and ideas on how to correct things in a positive manner.
