I’ve seen growers test results in so cal from the same cultivar and there’s alot of terps grown in the right conditions.

Ya I’ve seen tge screaming eagle before.
Truth be told when I left ventura Beach 
it was to stay free lol I left my car everything i owned never went back. Lucky I lived in WA half the time .so my tools my bike an other belongings were there lol. Its always good to own 3 of everything
