Now that all the autos for round 2 are outdoors there’s space again for the Poison Daddy F1’s to breath. They are still in their 1L air-pots and will be up-potted this week into their 3L ones for the run.
They are very happy under the SF2000 at 30% brightness.
The 4x4 tent’s plants are nearing their end and have started Week 7 of their flowering period.
The Freedom Dream CBD never ceases to make me chuckle with it being such a chode-on-a-stick.
Of course being a mix of Bohdi genetics, the Black Snow is SO STICKY IT’S DIFFICULT TO LEAF PLUCK WITHOUT GETTING STUCK
I’m looking forward to growing this one out again in the future but hopefully without a surprise attack!
First to finish up will be the White CBG as it’s a 7 week to finish beauty and the colour fade coming in is a living dream. .
I’ve been flushing over the past 5 days with General Hydroponics Florakleen and HOLY CRAP does this stuff do it’s job unbelievably well !
Since I now have so much CBD flower around to work with I’ve decided to:
So I got myself a snazzy new Dugout + One hitter specifically to hold CBD flower for daytime use.
The dugout is made of recycled Teak and came unfinished so it was cheap and came with a shitty aluminum one hitter and a nice-and-simple brass scraping/poking pin built into the base of the unit.
Here is everything pulled out with my upgraded brass “bat” (one hitter) and the “pokey” which has still not been used.
The whole thing was sanded finely BUT was essentially still in the rough which is why it cost me $10 for the kit.
It may be TMI: but to seal the wood I did what I always do with my highly-personal wooden objects and used my own nose/forehead/cheek grease to “oil” it. It was a living object and this is my way of respecting it as it provides my with my needs.
Here is my other dugout, which I wish i knew the wood but it was the 1 out of hundreds that I ended up choosing after searching 6 different head shops in downtown Toronto some 12 years ago…
As you can see from the dark grain popping and the shine that this thing is lacquered with my own greases and like a good ship will take A LOT of beating before it’ll consider sinking.
The metal top gives the tiny thing a good weight so it feels nice in the hands. It’s actually 2x the weight of the new Teak dugout but that’s also cause Teak is light as fuck while still being strong as fuck.
I THINK this is American Walnut but please chime in if anyone thinks otherwise.
This one also has only a 3" “Bat” that is literally a Baseball bat in shape.
Gotta love the classics
Cheers and all the best everyone!!
