Corey’s account appears to be suspended. He’s not receiving messages as a result
I dm’d him and got no response so I clicked on his “handle” or avatar and it says suspended.

I just wanted to reach out and mention that Corey entrusted me with a few packs to distribute as well. Now that I “understand” how things are operating around here, I can lighten your mail load by 10 packs which I have enough to cover. Only caveat is shipping within the US I will cover. Hope my conditions aren’t a turn off but I am willing take 10 off your mail list.

Hi Joe, I appreciate the offer but it’s ok. Corey sent me the seeds to send to those folks on the list so I would not feel right keeping 100 of them while you send to folks. Let me message him and ask if he is cool with it first

Don’t know if you saw my other post but Corey appears suspended atm and I’m guessing no messages are reaching him. Just sharing. But I got you- I’ll just make a post letting members know only 10 packs available to distribute through me.

I have his email and phone number bud, I sent him a message. If he is cool with it than I will take you up on your offer to save myself some postage costs. If he doesn’t answer my email by this evening I will text him. I will let you know, thanks.

@DougDawson do you mind asking if he is setting up shop on any other forums? I really enjoyed having him around. Definitely offered me a lot of advice on outdoor growing.

Yeah, I was texting with him daily since left till I got an almost $75 charge for international texts the other day. That quickly ended that, cost me more then my phone package, lol. I still got his email. I just checked on him over there and noticed he is listed as a moderator? Did Corey set up this site? I see there are only 32 users and most are from here. Looks like Sheldon created the place Feb 14th. That didn’t take long to figure out, lol.

If you use WhatsApp the international charges won’t happen. My brother is in Australia and it’s how we stay in touch

I’d recommend getting Signal!
Signal is encrypted, while WhatsApp is not encrypted, and is owned by Facebook, who I would not trust with my personal communications.

Not sure it functions the same internationally as WhatsApp. I do know I can use WhatsApp to text and call on wifi to anywhere. If signal has the same capability I’d use it.
Have you used signal internationally? I’m only familiar with signal domestically.
I’ve not personally used it internationally, but a quick internet search seems to say that it does work for that!

Whatsapp is end - to - end encrypted

Both are end to end encrypted, but WhatsApp collects more data, and has some gaps in it’s protocols. IMHO there’s always a risk with, and a better choice than, Facebook.
